Rome DAO is an Olympus fork aiming to make its ROME token the reserve currency of the Kusama and Polkadot ecosystem through a gamified governance system.
The DAO utilizes its internally-built crypto role-playing game (RPG), “Houses of Rome,” with its NFT marketplace to grow ROME utility and reflect its governance decisions outside the game.

TARGET
Rome DAO requested a stronger online presence as a second phase marketing approach. Rome DAO was using a dApp as a website so their online presence was insignificant in terms of SEO & keyword aspects compared to their competitors.
Initiatives
Since the client was insistent on keeping the dApp site as mainhub, problems were creating an alternative spot as a micro promotional site with better SEO stats, more info & relevant content with means to achieve organic visitors by search indexs.
Another problem was to get visitors early visitors with legit means to create an increased traction for index scores. This is where the Influencer aspect was important & necessary since it is completely organic & legit. By gathering multiple platform influencers such as twitter/youtube/tiktok, the visit source was diverse enough not to get red flags.
Accomplishments
- The microsite had Google pagespeed test scores as 89, 100, 94 & 100.
- Complete OG implementation created enduser friendly sharing experience.
- 8 unique first three spots index, 23 first page index were achieved in 3 months with target keywords.
- Influencer advertising provided over 1.2 million views & 48k visits with a drop rate of 18%.

Nemesis Team was a pioneer in DeFi DAO concept so they requested an aggressive approach on popular mediums to attract high views & visitor to participant ratio.
Initiatives
A simultaneous cross-platform marketing strategy was planned. Since the team was on of the first on BSC chain, the marketing plan is approved after revisions & executed quickly not to miss the trend of the time.
- Primary reach was from influencers & paid ads.
- Paid ads were planned with a large portfolio of diversely selected crypto space platforms. Preliminary CTR data provided for longer term deals.
- Reminder ads were widely planned on a strict schedule based through Twitter & Telegram.

- Over 3 million views on the first week with a CTR rate of 5.8%
- Optimized CTR costs by eliminating the dud & overpriced platforms on the second week to a 15% lower weekly budget while gaining the same traction

The Reverse Protocol is a unique, OHM-Esque yield generating and treasury strategies protocol built on the Harmony Blockchain, using the Defi Kingdoms DEX liquidity pools. To create the FOMO effect, 8 weeks of content plan is created for the team to release with official documentation edits, whitepaper revision notes, press release drafts & so on.

Nemesis Team called Tempest to their aid after 2 successful campaigns for NMS & Angel while launching Helena. This time there were 2 audiences for 2 phases of advertising which were old project participants & new participants for pre-launch whitelist & launch phases.
Initiatives
In the pre-launch phase; old project participants were informed with the content & designs created by and/or supervised by Tempest team. The mediums were old project social media accounts, medium articles, blog etc.
Influencers that provided high participation in NMS highlighted the “DeFi 3.0” aspects of the project so old participants that joined via these influencers where informed in detail while gaining more participants by their praise for NMS in the comments of these posts.
Paid ads were the impetus of the campaign. The reliable platforms which were determined on NMS campaign were tested while new platforms were also used & kept after trial week if they were efficient enough.
More social media platforms were included to reach a larger audience of crypto investors; since the main platform stays Twitter globally but the local audience habits change from country to country.
